Almost Becoming is an independent editorial publication focused on creative culture, featuring interviews, articles, photography, video, editorial content, newsletters, and other media. These Terms apply to all visitors, readers, subscribers, contributors, and users of the Services.

• Interviews and features reflect the views of the respective contributors and interview subjects.
• Publication of an individual, brand, or creative does not constitute endorsement by Almost Becoming.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Services is owned by Almost Becoming or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• articles and interviews
• written content
• photography, artwork, illustrations, and graphics
• logos, branding, website design, and layout
• video and audio
• editorial concepts and compilations

No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You may:

• view content for personal, non-commercial use
• share links to our articles or homepage

You retain ownership of your User Content. This license ends when the content is removed from our Services, except to the extent copies have already been distributed, archived, or incorporated into published editorial works.

Submitting a pitch, portfolio, article, photograph, illustration, or creative work does not create an employment relationship or guarantee publication or compensation. Publication decisions remain at our sole editorial discretion. Separate written agreements may govern commissioned work.

Interview participants acknowledge that interviews may be edited for clarity, length, grammar, formatting, and editorial style; headlines, pull quotes, standfirsts, captions, and promotional excerpts may be created by our editorial staff; and content may be distributed across digital, print, social media, newsletters, and future editorial formats. Whenever reasonably practical, we may provide interviewees an opportunity to review factual corrections before publication, but we are not obligated to do so.

You may subscribe to receive editorial updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in emails. Our handling of subscriber information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If we offer merchandise, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, events, or other paid offerings, additional purchase terms may apply. Prices may change without notice unless otherwise required by law.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, portfolios, social media accounts, advertisers, or external services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, security, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.
